In 1983 Verimag Ltd. was founded as service provider to a real estate development company. Ever since Verimag had the mission to provide high quality property management and brokerage services to clients as well as for the owners portfolio.
Verimags core competences are

- and acquisition and development of residential properties.

Thanks to Verimag’s activity for its own portfolio for more than two decades, clients profit of vast experience and frequently remark our services as being performed with a high degree of responsibility, focus on property value, performance and attention to detail. Verimag’s mission remains to continuously improve its core competencies in order to serve foremost private clients but also small and medium sized companies especially well.

Geographically, Verimag’s main service activity concentrates within reach of the main office at Lake Zürich. The German part of Switzerland, respectively the City of Zürich, Lake Zürich area, economic areas of Zug, Lucerne, Schwyz and St. Gallen are regions where Verimag is counting on extensive knowledge and a professional network.

Referring to internal project and investment activity, Verimag considers few international destinations. The international activities focus is on urban destinations with potential for growth and value appreciation.
